Had an enjoyable stay on a business trip. The breakfast was varied and had lots of food.3. The staff seemed very nice, helpful, and amicable.4. The location was particularly good and excellent - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.5. Greatly enjoyed that it was 10 minutes' walk from the train station.

Very good location, just on stop of 109 Airport bus. 50m from Underground. Brakefast is OK.

Really enjoyed this brand-new hotel, particularly good and magnificent location and cheap rooms. The staff was very nice helpful and helped with the private parking. The restaurant here was pleasant for the breakfast, we both ordered extraordinary dishes.

The staff was friendly and polite. the hotel's location near Askania Welten Museum was magnificent. - Its proximity to public transportation, shopping street, and the airport was really convenient.

Close to metro-station. Clean room. Big bathroom. Breakfast - vegetabels, eggs, tea/coffee, bread, honey, jam, cheeses/bacon. Good and clean.

Very helpful personnel, good location to get interesting points in city and to get transport links, good shopping abilities. Quite interesting elevator.

My window was just over street with car traffic almost all the night so I should keep it close even there was quite strong wish to open it, because it was warmer in the room than I wanted - air conditioner could help, but there is no such tradition in most of Berlin hotels, I think.

Very good price in Berlin such a big city, and can easily take U-Bahn(50 meter) and S-Bahn (500 meter).

Some room without air-conditioning, maybe have some problem in summer.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, situated between two bustling boulevards and right next to a subway station. It's perfect for exploring the city and getting around easily. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms, like the bathtub in the bathroom and the inclusion of breakfast, add an extra level of comfort and convenience.

I stayed in this hotel for a week in June.The hotel is located in a noisy area due to traffic so I had to close the windows. The problem is that there is not air conditioning in the room and the sun rise at 4 o'clock in the morning. Thus, at 5:30 the sun completely hit your room, which feelts like an oven if you closed the windows. It was very unpleasant to choose between weaking up sweatening or hearing the noise from the street. They should install air conditioning in the rooms.

The view from the room at 10th floor was excellent, and the location ideal for a visit to Berlin.

Staff at arrival was not very polite or service oriented. Parking was said to be unnecessary to reserve at hotel area, but at arrival we were told to find a space somewhere in the street. A question for blankets for the room (it was minus outside) on arrival, was replied with a "tomorrow".

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its prime location between two important boulevards. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the overall service top-notch. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a bathtub in the bathroom, add a nice touch. Plus, having breakfast included is a definite bonus.
